"I reached out for help and still..."
I reached out for help and still ended up waiting way longer than I expected?? Not really sure what was going on, but it was frustrating.

"Not the worst course, but definitely a pain to use"
I’ll give it credit, the course at least looks like someone tried to organize it, but actually getting through it was frustrating. Pages loaded slowly for me, some of the buttons weren’t obvious, and I had to redo a few parts because it didn’t save properly. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it felt way too clunky

"I don’t know, I wanted to like it..."
I don’t know, I wanted to like it, and it wasn’t terrible or anything. But the price felt high for what you actually get. Maybe it works for some people, and I guess parts of it were fine, but overall I was just left thinking, wait, that’s it?

"My work wouldn’t accept it"
I finished the course and paid for the certificate, and I felt frustrated when my job said it didn’t count for our CPR requirement. Maybe it’s fine for other places or certain situations, I don’t really know, but it definitely didn’t work for me. I really wish I had checked first because now I have to go pay for another one somewhere else.

"The course felt a little thin"
I finished the course, and maybe part of it was that I was already in a tired mood when I started, but the training content felt basic and kind of rushed to me. Some sections were easy enough to follow, but others really could’ve used better examples or a bit more explanation. A few points seemed to get repeated, while some of the more important topics were only briefly covered. It’s fine if you just need a quick certificate, but I expected to come away feeling like I learned more.
